File a flight Plan via email

Instruction below:
· Download the Flight Plan Form ICAO-FlightPlan.pdf (PDF) to your desktop or any directory of your convenience.
· Open it and fill in the appropriate fields according to your VFR flight.
· Save it
· Open your email client (Mail, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo etc)
· Attach the edited and saved ICAO-FlightPlan.pdf file, without entering anything else in the message. Subject is not necessary.

The Fax will be received within the next 30 sec and after successful transmission a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically (if the line is occupied a certain delay may occur). It is also highly recommended that you contact the reporting office via telephone for confirmation no later than 30 min prior to your ETD.
